برنامه محدودیت برق صنایع فولاد،سیمان و قیمت‌ فولاد

توانیر رئوس کلی برنامه محدودیت مصرف برقِ شرکت‌های فولادی، سیمانی و انرژی‌بر در فصل گرم سال ۱۴۰۲ را مشخص کرد. در این برنامه محدودیت برق شرکت‌ها در یکی از سه قالب زیر بر اساس فرآیند تولیدشان انتخاب و به آن‌ها ابلاغ خواهد شد. نامه توانیر در این خصوص را در فوق ببینید.

سه روشی که محدودیت‌‌ها بر اساس فرآیند تولید شرکت‌ها اعمال خواهد شد به شرح زیر است:

۱. همکاری در کاهش مصرف برق از تاریخ ۱۵ خرداد الی ۱۵ شهریور، کاهش بار ۳۰ درصد از ساعت ۱۱ الی ۲۳
۲. همکاری از تاریخ ۱ تیر الی ۳۱ مرداد، کاهش بار ۶۰٪ از ساعت ۱۱ الی ۲۳
۳. همکاری از تاریخ ۲۴ تیر الی ۲۴ مرداد کاهش بار ۹۰ درصد از ساعت ۱۱ الی ۲۳

به گزارش اقتصاددان به نقل از پترومتالز  ،  ظاهراً فعلاً برنامه برای محدودیت مصرف برق در ساعات ۲۳ تا ۱۱ صبح وجود ندارد و این باعث می‌شود تا برنامه محدودیت برق صنایع فولاد در سال جاری کمتر از سال گذشته باشد. گفتنی است در سال گذشته در برنامه اولیه‌ای که در ۱۲ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۱ ابلاغ شده بود از شرکت‌ها درخواست شده بود تا مصرف برق را در ماه‌های خرداد و تیر و شهریور به نصف کاهش دهند و از برخی شرکت‌ها خواسته شده بود تا در مردادماه نیز تولید را به‌طور کامل متوقف کنند.

بعد ازانتشار خبر صبح روز چهارشنبه برای اولین بار خبر داد که قیمت شمش فولادی صادراتی ایران از کف ۴۶۰ دلار در هفته گذشته، حداقل ۲۰ دلار به ازای هر تن افزایش یافته و یک شرکت مطرح فولادی در آخرین مزایده صادراتی خود موفق به فروش شمش با قیمت ۴۸۰ دلار به ازای هر تن شده، حالا متال بولتن نیز در شماره امروز خود طی گزارشی به افزایش قیمت شمش صادراتی ایران پرداخته است.

متال بولتن شاخص قیمت بیلت صادراتی ایران را با افزایش ۲.۴۵ درصدی نسبت به هفته گذشته ۴۸۰ تا ۴۸۱ دلار به ازای هر تن اعلام کرده است.

متال بولتن همچنین گزارش داده که در هفته جاری یک محموله ۱۰ هزار تنی شمش فولادی ایران با قیمت فوب ۴۹۱ دلار به ازای هر تن فروخته شده است. این قیمت در ارزیابی قیمت متال بولتن تأثیر داده نشده است.

Iranian steel billet prices rise on improving market sentiment, shortages

Steel billet export prices from Iran edged up in the week to Wednesday May 17, amid positive sentiment, optimistic buyer expectations and shortages of semi-finished material, sources told Fastmarkets.

Prices for imported billet prices stabilized in Asia, which is one of the key destinations for Iranian semi-finished steel exports.

In China, domestic rebar prices recovered in the first half of the week and Fastmarkets’ daily price assessment for steel reinforcing bar (rebar) domestic, ex-whs Eastern China was 3,600-3,620 yuan ($517-519) per tonne on Wednesday, up by 40-50 yuan per tonne from 3,550-3,580 yuan per tonne on Tuesday.

And the most recent offer prices for Iranian billet from traders in the region were heard at $505 per tonne CFR – although with the recent positive signs those offers may well increase in the near term, sources said.

Market participants estimated that freight costs from the south of Iran to Asia were about $40-45 per tonne.

But steel billet prices in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region – another important outlet for Iranian suppliers – continued to fall in the week to Wednesday, sparking an increase in buying activity.

At least two Iranian billet cargoes were heard booked to the UAE through traders at $520 per tonne and $535 per tonne CFR.

The cost of freight from Iran to elsewhere in the Persian Gulf is currently estimated at $25-30 per tonne, sources said.

In the wider Middle East North Africa (Mena) region, Turkey booked a mid- sized cargo from Iran via a trader at $545-550 per tonne CFR in the week to Wednesday, with freight costs to Turkey estimated at about $60-65 per tonne.

As a result, some Iranian billet sellers tried benefit from improved market sentiment and looked to increase their sales prices to that region.

One mill sold a 30,000-tonnes billet cargo, scheduled for delivery in July, at $480-481 per tonne FOB southern ports of Iran in the week to May 17. A week ago, the same supplier was heard selling material at $460-465 per tonne FOB.

Another seller sold 10,000 tonnes of billet, ready for shipment at the port, at $491 per tonne FOB – although that price was not included in the latest assessment because the delivery times fell outside the price specification in Fastmarkets’ methodology.

Fastmarkets price assessment for steel billet, export, fob ports Iran was 480- 481 per tonne fob on May 17, up by $6-15 from $465-473 per tonne on May 10.

A seller source said that reduced availability of billet for export could be the reason for the mills’ higher price targets.

“It is currently more profitable to sell billet in the domestic [rather than] export market due to the unfavorable rates for exporters,” the seller source said.

The seller source added that buyer price expectations for the near future are generally optimistic, which is adding to positive sentiment in the market.
